Your custom designed artwork is needed to produce your customizable products.
- We prefer to accept .AI or .EPS graphic file created by Adobe Illustrator©(up to version V.10) or Adobe Photoshop® (up to version V.CS2).
- Other graphic formats such as .BMP, .GIF or .TIFF may be used. However, as they are not suitable for produce purposes, we must convert them to an .AI or .EPS format at an additional charge.
- When preparing your artwork for a no colour fill belt buckle, as you view your design what is black is raised metal and what is white is a recessed area.

How to send us your artwork |
To send us your graphic file, use Impression's Graphics Artwork Upload System. In order to use this system, however, you will need a user name and a password which can be obtained by sending us an email with "I want to upload my artwork." checked. |
Artwork faxed? |
Can I fax you a copy of my logo?
No, because a fax does not print exact straight lines, and we do not recognize it as camera-ready artwork. The faxed logo can be used as a guide only to verify the electronic artwork |
Artwork not accepted |
Artwork that is a fax, scanned image, hand drawing, photocopy, a printed piece like business cards, letterhead, Post-it note, invoice or envelope or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint and PageMaker applications. |
Artwork approval |
A pre-production paper proof of your logo or message is sent to you for review; and a signed approval copy is required before we start production |
Artwork for Repeat orders |
We will keep your artwork on file for future orders for a period of two years. |
Artwork changes |
What happens if I change the artwork after you have made the stamping die?
A charge will be levied to make a new die after the initial approved die has been made |
